“疏肝调神、心胆论治”针法对中风后失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨“疏肝调神、心胆论治”针法对中风后失眠的临床疗效。方法选取60例中风后失眠患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组采用“疏肝调神、心胆论治”针法治疗。比较2组治疗前、治疗后、随访1个月匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分,比较2组治疗前后临床疗效。结果2组治疗后、随访1个月的PSQI评分、AIS评分、HADS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组总效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“疏肝调神、心胆论治”针法可明显改善中风后失眠的睡眠质量。Objective:To study the clinical effect of the“Liver Regulation and Spirit Adjustment with Heart and Gallbladder Treatment”acupuncture method for post-stroke insomnia.Methods:Sixty patients with post-stroke insomnia were randomly divided into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The control group received conventional western medical treatment while the treatment group underwent the“Liver Regulation and Spirit Adjustment with Heart and Gallbladder Treatmen”acupuncture method.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores of the two groups were compared before treatment,after treatment,and at a one-month follow-up.Clinical effect outcomes were also compared.Results:PSQI,AIS,and HADS scores were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment and at the one-month follow-up compared to baseline(P<0.05).The reductions were more pronounced in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The“Liver Regulation and Spirit Adjustment with Heart and Gallbladder Treatment”acupuncture method significantly improves sleep quality in patients with post-stroke insomnia.
