摘 要:为了减轻冲击对船舶设备的影响,提升浮筏隔振系统抗冲击性能,基于船舶浮筏隔振系统,建立有限元模型并进行仿真分析。通过试验测量得到系统结构参数、冲击输入和响应,验证所建有限元模型的正确性。根据BV043/85规范得到标准冲击载荷,使用时域模拟法对系统进行有限元分析,探究设计参数对浮筏系统抗冲击特性的影响。研究表明,各板厚度和质量对浮筏所受最大应力的影响较大,但对系统冲击响应衰减的影响较小,隔振器阻尼对冲击衰减比较敏感。此外,发现隔振器刚度与系统冲击响应衰减性能成负相关。对浮筏抗冲击特性进行仿真和试验,结果可为其抗冲击设计和工程应用提供指导。To reduce the impact on the ship's equipment and enhance the impact resistance of the floating raft vibration isolation system,a finite element model is established based on the ship's floating raft vibration isolation system,and a simulation analysis is conducted.The structural parameters of the system,impact input,and response are obtained by experimental measurements to verify the accuracy of the established finite element model.Standard impact loads are derived according to the BV043/85 specifications,and a time-domain simulation method is used to perform finite element analysis on the system,investigating the effects of design parameters on the impact resistance characteristics ofthe floating raft system.The study shows that the thickness and mass of the plates have a significant effect on the maximum stress experienced by the floating raft,but a relatively small effect on the damping of the system's impact response.The damping of the isolators is found to be sensitive to impact damping.In addition,the stiffness of the isolators is found to be negatively correlated with the damping performance of the system.The simulation and experimental results on the impact resistance characteristics of the floating raft provide guidance for its impact resistant design and engineering applications.
