摘  要:在海上风浪作用下,浮式生产储卸油装置上部模块的典型T型管道受风载影响,同时还与船一起在风浪中耦合运动,该管道的振动特性分析是一个难点。针对这一问题,对典型T型管道的振动特性进行数值模拟研究。结合谐波叠加法获得API风谱下的风速时程曲线,作为流域的入口条件;计算浮式生产储卸油装置在风浪中的运动响应,将所得加速度以加速度场形式作用到管道;基于双向流固耦合方法计算T型管在风浪环境中的响应,研究不同工况条件对管道振动特性的影响。结果表明,风载荷作用下T型管支管以沿风向的振动为主,且API谱风下的管道位移、应力较定常风下的管道位移、应力远远增大;在相同风载荷且不同加速度载荷作用下,管道位移变化较小,管道所受应力与风向相关,在背风位置,管道应力较未施加加速度载荷工况减小,而其余位置均增大,管道应力受沿船体横向和纵向加速度影响较大。风浪的存在对管道振动有着显著影响,研究结果可以为管道的应力分析和强度校核提供参考和理论依据。The typical T-pipe in the upper module of the floating production storage and offloading is affected by the wind load and coupled with the ship in the wind and waves,so it is difficult to analyze the vibration characteristics of the pipe.In order to solve this problem,the vibration characteristics of a typical T-pipe are simulated numerically.The wind speed time history curve under the API wind spectrum is obtained by the harmonic superposition method,which is used as the inlet condition of the basin.Secondly,the motion response of the FPSO hull in wind and waves is calculated,and the acceleration is applied to the pipe in the form of the acceleration field.Based on the two-way fluid-structure coupling method,the response of the T-pipe in the wind and wave environment is calculated,and the influence of different working conditions on the vibration characteristics of the pipe is studied.The results show that the branch pipe of the T-pipe mainly vibrates mainly along the wind direction under wind load,and the displacement and stress of the pipe under API spectrum wind are much larger than those under constant wind.Under the same wind load and different hull acceleration loads,the pipe displacement changes little,and the stress is related to the wind direction.In the lee position,the pipe stress decreases compared to the condition without the acceleration load,while the other positions increase,and the pipe stress is greatly affected by the transverse and longitudinal acceleration along the hull.The presence of wind waves has a significant effect on pipe vibration,and the research results can provide references and theoretical basis for pipe layout design and strength check.
