摘 要:叶根螺栓作为调距桨装置中的重要零件,在调距桨安全可靠工作方面扮演了重要角色。由于工作环境恶劣且受复杂载荷的作用,叶根螺栓在使用中出现了应力腐蚀疲劳断裂现象,给调距桨装置的安全可靠运行带来了严峻挑战。在已有叶根螺栓载荷谱基础上,结合初始裂纹和裂纹扩展模型,建立了一种叶根螺栓腐蚀疲劳寿命的评估方法,选取并量化输入变量,提出基于蒙特卡洛法(MC)法和基于克里金插值与蒙特卡洛模拟相结合(AK-MCS)的AK-MCS方法的叶根螺栓腐蚀疲劳寿命分析模型,并对其进行疲劳可靠性及灵敏度分析,计算得到可靠度和随机变量的全局灵敏度。结果表明,在100%最大持续功率(MCR)螺距比工况下,若调距桨一直保持工作状态,叶根螺栓的腐蚀疲劳寿命为4.84年。通过AK-MCS法计算得到的叶根螺栓腐蚀疲劳可靠度为0.9541,相较于MC法误差更小;对比计算量,MC法调用功能函数105次,AK-MCS方法仅调用73次,计算效率提高1368.9%。由此可知,输入变量中对叶根螺栓腐蚀疲劳可靠度影响前3位的是氢浓度、螺栓预紧力和螺栓根部应力集中系数。The blade root bolt,as a key component in the controllable pitch propeller device,plays a very important role in the safe and reliable operation of the controllable pitch propeller.Due to the harsh working environment and complex loads,a large number of stress corrosion fatigue fractures occur in blade root bolts during operation,which poses a serious challenge to the safe and reliable operation of the adjustable pitch propeller device.An evaluation method for the corrosion fatigue life of blade root bolts is established based on the existing load spectrum of blade root bolts,combined with the initial crack and crack propagation models.The input variables are selected and quantified,and a blade root bolt corrosion fatigue life analysis model based on Monte Carlo(MC)method and Adaptive Kriging-based Monte Carlo(AK-MCS)method is proposed.The fatigue reliability and sensitivity analysis are carried out,and the global sensitivity of reliability and random variables is calculated.The results show that under the condition of 100%maximum continuous rating(MCR)pitch ratio,the corrosion fatigue life of the blade root bolt is 4.84 years when the pitch control propeller remains in working condition.The corrosion fatigue reliability of the blade root bolt calculated by the AK-MCS method is 0.9541,which has a smaller error compared to the MC method.Compared with the calculation amount,the MC method calls the functional function 105 times,while the AK-MCS method calls it only 73 times,resulting in an increase in calculation efficiency of 1,368.9%.The top three factors affecting the corrosion fatigue reliability of blade root bolts in the input variables are hydrogen concentration,bolt preload force and bolt root stress concentration factor.
