摘 要:为满足水润滑轴承磨损的测量需要,找出电涡流传感器的最优线圈结构参数,提出基于粒子群算法(PSO)和反向传播(BP)神经网络的寻优方法。通过ANSYS有限元仿真分析,依次确定线圈材料以及电涡流传感器线圈的最佳层数,并根据电涡流线圈匝数、内径、线宽、线高和间距等5个影响传感器测量的参数,仿真得到243组电感、电阻、磁感应强度的数据;通过PSO-BP算法仿真寻找到最优的电涡流传感器的参数结构。根据最优的结构参数加工制造后的电涡流传感器通过实际测量标定,能够实现在2 mm~15 mm范围内的线性测量。研究成果为设计电涡流传感器线圈结构提供了新的思路。In order to meet the measurement requirements of water-lubricated bearings and to find out the optimal coil structure parameters of eddy current sensors,an optimization search method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and back propagation(BP)neural network is proposed.Through the finite element simulation and analysis of ANSYS,the coil material is first determined,and then the optimal number of layers of the eddy current sensor coil is determined,and according to the five parameters of the eddy current coil turns,inner diameter,line width,line height and spacing,which affect the sensor measurement,the simulation obtains the 243 data sets of inductance,resistance,and magnetic induction intensity,and through the simulation of the PSO-BP algorithm,the optimal eddy current sensor structure is found.The eddy current sensor fabricated according to the optimal structure parameters can achieve linear measurement in the range of 2 mm~15 mm through the actual measurement calibration.The research results provide a new idea for the design of eddy current sensor coil structure.
