摘　　要：非A非B型主动脉夹层是指仅累及主动脉弓或同时累及主动脉弓和降主动脉的主动脉夹层。与典型的A型或B型主动脉夹层相比,非A非B型主动脉夹层的临床进展有所不同,且整体的发病率较低,仅占所有主动脉夹层的一小部分。由于其罕见性,针对非A非B型主动脉夹层的治疗方式尚未达成一致的共识。本综述旨在介绍非A非B型主动脉夹层的定义及治疗方法。Non-A non-B aortic dissection refers to an aortic dissection that involves only the aortic arch or both the aortic arch and the descending aorta.Compared to the typical type A or type B aortic dissections,its clinical progression is different and its overall incidence is relatively low,accounting for only a small portion of all aortic dissections.Due to its rarity,there is no consensus on the treatment approach for non-A non-B aortic dissection.This review aims to introduce the definition and treatment options for non-A non-B aortic dissection.
