摘  要:城市轨道交通的发展促进了车辆基地的快速发展,但车辆基地体量较大,而城市土地资源有限,因此车辆基地的综合开发成为未来发展的趋势。本文对国内近年来车辆基地综合开发项目的发展历程进行梳理,从前期定位与后期开发两方面入手,对一线城市车辆基地的综合开发模式进行比较研究,得出居住型、公建型和综合型三种车辆基地综合开发模式的定位与开发策略,为未来车辆基地的综合开发提供参考。The development of urban rail transit promotes the rapid development of vehicle bases.However,vehicle bases are large in volume and urban land resources are limited,so that the comprehensive development of vehicle bases is a trend for future.In this paper,the development history of vehicle base comprehensive development projects in recent years is sorted out,and from the pre-positioning and post-development aspects,the comprehensive development mode of the vehicle base in the first-tier cities is compared and studied.The development and design strategies of residential,public construction and comprehensive vehicle base comprehensive development modes are obtained.This paper hopes to provide references for the future comprehensive development of vehicle bases.
