摘  要:家电行业的持续进步,带来了产品结构的日益复杂化和快速更新换代,这要求家电钣金模具设计必须迅速跟上时代的步伐。在此背景下,模具制造企业正在经历关键的转型期。具体来说,模具的生产方式正在从大规模生产模式转变为更加灵活的并行开发和制造,以适应市场需求和客户的个性化定制。同时,产品设计、工艺设计、模具设计和制造过程也在从分散的独立操作,转变为更加一体化的集成制造开发模式,以提高效率和响应市场的速度。The continuous progress of the home appliance industry has brought about increasingly complex product structures and rapid updates,which requires the design of home appliance sheet metal molds to quickly keep up with the pace of the times.In this context,mold manufacturing enterprises are undergoing a critical period of transformation.Specifically,the production mode of molds is shifting from large-scale production to more flexible parallel development and manufacturing to meet market demand and personalized customization of customers.At the same time,product design,process design,mold design,and manufacturing processes are also transitioning from decentralized independent operations to a more integrated integrated manufacturing development model to improve efficiency and respond quickly to the market.
