摘 要:通过对携程旅行网用户评论数据的分析,揭示了宁波古村镇旅游景区的游客体验和满意度的主要影响因素。采用自然语言处理技术、情感分析和LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)主题模型等大数据分析方法,研究了游客对不同景观元素的感知特征。结果表明,自然景观和历史文化景观是提升游客满意度的关键因素,游客对这些元素给予了高度评价。丰富多样的娱乐活动和互动体验显著提高了游客的满意度,特别是适合家庭和亲子游的项目。服务和设施的质量直接影响游客的情感体验和满意度,高质量的服务和完善的设施能够显著提升满意度。本研究为景区管理者提供了有价值的参考,帮助有关部门在未来的管理和服务提升中做出更加科学和有效的决策。This study analyzes user reviews from Ctrip.com to reveal the main factors influencing tourist experiences and satisfaction in ancient village tourist attractions in Ningbo.Utilizing big data analysis methods such as natural language processing,sentiment analysis,and Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic modeling,the research explores tourists'perceptions of different landscape elements.The results indicate that natural landscapes and historical cultural landscapes are key factors in enhancing tourist satisfaction,receiving high evaluations from visitors.A variety of entertainment activities and interactive experiences significantly increase tourist satisfaction,especially for family and parent-child activities.The quality of services and facilities directly affects tourists'emotional experiences and satisfaction,with high-quality services and well-developed facilities significantly boosting satisfaction.This study provides valuable references for scenic area managers,aiding relevant departments in making more scientific and effective decisions in future management and service improvements.
