摘　　要：随着我国城市主导功能从生产型向生活型的转变,城市滨水空间因其极高的经济社会及人文景观价值广受关注。但由于在规划前期缺乏有效的评价标准,导致设计中普遍存在着场所内涵缺失、人本尺度忽视等问题。以福建闽江下游福州为例,挖掘滨水空间的历史信息、自然要素等,将其划分为自然生态、交通经济、社会交往、历史文化四大边界。并根据人的视觉感受,将城市滨水空间D/H值的适宜范围精确到0.75≤D/H≤3。借鉴苏格兰场所评价标准,独创了滨水空间的场所评价标准工具,并结合热力图对研究对象中八个选取点进行了量化分析。为城市滨水空间优化、人居环境品质提升、再造空间活力提供科学方法及真实数据,以期营造更具认同感、归属感的特色滨水空间。With the transformation of urban dominant functions from production-oriented to lifestyle oriented in China,urban waterfront spaces have attracted widespread attention due to their extremely high economic,social,and cultural landscape values.However,due to the lack of effective evaluation standards in the early stages of planning,there are common problems in the design,such as the lack of venue connotation and the neglect of humanistic scale.This article takes Fuzhou in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River in Fujian Province as an example to explore the historical information and natural elements of waterfront space,dividing it into four major boundaries:natural ecology,transportation economy,social interaction,and historical culture.And based on human visual perception,the appropriate range of D/H value for urban waterfront space is accurately set to 0.75≤D/H≤3.Drawing inspiration from the Scottish Place Evaluation Standards,we have created a unique tool for evaluating waterfront spaces,and quantitatively analyzed eight selected points in the research object using a heatmap.To provide scientific methods and real data for optimizing urban waterfront spaces,improving living environment quality,and revitalizing spatial vitality,in order to create more distinctive waterfront spaces with a sense of identity and belonging.
