文化赋能城市更新的理论路径与实践探索——以北京市为例

摘　　要：在存量时代,依靠土地、劳动力、资本等传统生产要素驱动发展的城市建设难以实现高质量发展,文化作为新质的生产要素在城市发展中得到越来越多的关注。如何对存量文化资源进行挖潜,使城市更新成为重塑城市文化环境、激发城市文化活力的契机,是当前亟待探讨的议题。将文化资本理论引入城市更新领域,阐释城市文化资本的特征属性、基本存在形式和再生产逻辑,构建面向城市更新的“物质—精神—制度”文化资本积累一般策略框架,并以北京城市更新实践为例,具体分析城市文化资源创造性转化为城市文化资本的实施路径,为文化赋能城市更新提供北京样本。In the stock age,it is difficult to achieve high-quality development in urban construction driven by traditional factors of production such as land,labor force,and capital,as a new factor of production,culture has been paid more and more attention in urban development.How to tap the potential of existing cultural resources to make urban renewal become the opportunity to reshape the urban cultural environment and stimulate the vitality of urban culture is an urgent issue to be discussed.This paper introduces the theory of cultural capital in urban renewal.It explains the characteristic attribute,basic existing form,and reproduction logic of urban cultural capital,constructing a general strategic framework of"Material-spiritual-institutional"cultural capital accumulation for urban renewal.It also takes Beijing′s urban renewal practice as an example to specifically analyze the implementation path of creative transformation of urban cultural resources into urban cultural capital,to provide a sample of Beijing for cultural empowerment of urban renewal.
