城市公园生态系统文化服务感知满意度评价与提升策略——以成都市成华区为例

摘　　要：城市公园是回应人民向往美好生活需要的切实举措。以居民感知满意度作为切入点,构建了一个由美学价值、文化遗产价值、休闲游憩价值、低碳价值和社会关系价值5个一级指标组成的城市公园生态系统文化服务价值评价指标体系。并以成都市成华区为例,采用修正IPA模型,对城市公园生态系统文化服务进行重要性与满意度评价。研究结果显示:整体满意度较高,但不同公园及文化服务类型间存在满意度分布不均衡,特别是休闲游憩价值得到了居民的高度认可,而社会关系价值和文化遗产价值得分较低。此外,评价结果还揭示了不同街道在生态系统文化服务满意度上的差异,指出了城市规划和公园管理中的区域性特点和差异性需求。最后,基于修正IPA模型的评价发现,虽然多数的生态系统文化服务要素表现良好,但需针对特定要素如基础设施、水体美感、历史文化遗迹、景观设计、植被色彩造型、停车场规划和文化活动进行重点改进,以全面提升公园的满意度和整体评价。City parks are practical measures to respond to people′s longing for a better life.Taking public satisfaction as the breakthrough point,this paper constructs an evaluation index system covering five key dimensions:aesthetics,cultural heritage,leisure and recreation,low carbon,and social relations.Taking the urban parks in the Chenghua district as an example,this paper uses the revised IPA model to evaluate the importance and performance of urban park ecosystem cultural services.The results show that the overall satisfaction is high.Still,the satisfaction is unevenly distributed among different parks and types of cultural services.In particular,the value of leisure and recreation has been highly recognized by residents,while the value of social relations and cultural heritage shows the necessity of improvement.In addition,the evaluation also reveals the differences in the satisfaction of different streets in ecosystem cultural services.It points out the regional characteristics and needs in urban planning and park management.Finally,based on the evaluation of the revised IPA,it is found that although most elements of ecosystem cultural services perform well,specific elements such as infrastructure,water beauty,historical and cultural relics,landscape design,vegetation color modeling,parking lot planning,and cultural activities need to be improved to improve the satisfaction and overall evaluation of the park comprehensively.
