网络“圈层化”对青年社会主义核心价值观教育的影响机理与应对策略

摘　　要：网络“圈层化”是网络技术飞速发展下的网络社交趋势。就其发展理路看,横向表现为基于趣缘形成的“圈群”,纵向表现为基于青年个体地位形成的“层级”。圈层内,社会主义核心价值观在传播阶段受信息的发声源、传播路径及传播结构三个要素影响。基于网络“圈层化”对青年社会主义核心价值观教育影响机理的分析,提出策略:一是遵循主体性原则,提升教育主体的育人能力与教育客体的网络媒介素养;二是遵循创新性原则,以社会主义核心价值观引领圈层文化从“娱人”到“育人”;三是遵循系统性原则,让社会主义核心价值观教育从“圈外”到“圈内”;四是遵循健康积极原则,以制度的约束让网络圈层文化传播从“无序”到“有序”,这对教育者在网络圈层内开展社会主义核心价值观教育时做到“知其然,知其所以然,知其所以必然”,提升社会主义核心价值观教育效果具有重要指导意义。"Network stratification"is a trend of network socialization under the rapid development of network technology.In terms of its development path,it is manifested as the formation of"circle group"horizontally based on interest,and is manifested as the formation of"hierarchy"vertically based on the status of young individuals.Within the circle,socialist values are influenced by three elements in the stage of transmission:the source of the message,the path of transmission and the structure of transmission.Based on the analysis of the influence mechanism of the"network stratification"on youth socialist core values education,four strategies are proposed.The first is to follow the principle of subjectivity,to improve the education subject's educational ability and the education object's network media literacy.The second is to follow the innovation principle,to lead the circle culture from"entertaining"to"educating"with the socialist core values.The third is to follow the system principle,to make the socialist core values education from"outside the circle"to"inside the circle".And the fourth is to follow the health and positivity principle,to make"network stratification"cultural dissemination from"disorder"to"order".Above strategies are of great significance in guiding educators to"know what is true,why it is true,and why it is necessary"when educating socialist core values within"network stratification",and in enhancing the effect of socialist core values education.
