摘　　要：目的总结我国医药产业的发展趋势和现状。方法查询2022—2024年出版的多部国家医药产业相关年鉴,以及国家药品监督管理局官网,中国统计数据应用支持系统和药渡数据库,从我国医药产业总体概况、流通情况、使用领域、创新发展和结构调整等维度着手,从医药制造业、医疗器械制造业等相关产业高质量发展的数量和质量角度,分析我国医药产业1996—2022年(尤其是2011—2022年)的发展情况,并针对性提出发展建议。结果我国医药制造业和医疗器械制造业已具备一定企业数量、用工人数、固定资产和产品数量等产业发展数量结构,且在创新发展、技术市场、投融资、技术结构等产业发展质量结构方面呈现出较好发展态势。结论我国医药产业的发展趋势总体向好,且当前发展势头良好。建议通过优化药品医疗器械监管服务机制,完善现代化药品流通体系,增强药品和医疗器械的供应保障能力,加大对原始创新和关键核心技术攻关的支持力度,强化组织(管理)创新和营销创新能力和水平等,进一步促进产业高质量发展。Objective To summarize the development trend and current status of China′s pharmaceutical industry.Methods The multiple national pharmaceutical industry-related yearbooks published from 2022 to 2024 were searched,as well as the relevant information in the official website of the National Medical Products Administration,the Support System for China Statistics Application and the Pharmacodia database.Based on the overall overview,circulation,usage fields,innovative development,and structural adjustment of China′s pharmaceutical industry,the development of this industry from 1996 to 2022(especially from 2011 to 2022)was analyzed from the quantity and quality of high-quality development in related industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing and medical device manufacturing,and targeted development suggestions were proposed.Results China′s pharmaceutical manufacturing and medical device manufacturing industries had a certain number of enterprises,workers,products and fixed assets in terms of quantity structure of industrial development,and showed a good development trend in the innovative development,technology market,investment,financing and technology structure in terms of quality structure of industrial development.Conclusion The overall development of China′s pharmaceutical industry is positive,and the current development is good.In order to further promote the high-quality development of the industry,it is suggested that we should optimize the regulatory service mechanism for drugs and medical devices,improve the modern drug circulation system,enhance the supply guarantee capability of drugs and medical devices,increase the supports for original innovation and key technology research,strengthen the organizational(management)innovation and marketing innovation capability and level,etc.
