摘 要:目的探讨关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术治疗ACL断裂使用3D打印技术的辅助效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年12月洛阳市孟津区中医院收治的102例ACL断裂患者,按照随机数字表分为3D打印组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。对照组患者实施常规关节镜下ACL重建术治疗,3D打印组行关节镜下3D打印技术辅助ACL重建术治疗。对比围术期指标、膝关节功能[国际膝关节主观功能评分(IKDC)、膝关节Lysholms评分]、膝关节活动范围、并发症。结果比较两组股骨骨隧道长度、住院时间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相比于对照组,3D打印组手术时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后Lysholms评分、IKDC评分均高于术前,而3D打印组IKDC评分为(96.32±7.26)分、Lysholms评分为(94.25±3.85)分,高于对照组的(82.66±6.54)分、(88.20±8.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组膝关节活动度均高于术前,而3D打印组膝关节活动度为(119.25±7.66)°,高于对照组的(98.66±8.22)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后均无移植物断裂、移植物撞击、感染、深静脉血栓等并发症发生。结论关节镜下3D打印技术辅助ACL重建术治疗ACL断裂可缩短手术用时,改善患者膝关节活动度、膝关节功能,缩短住院时间,安全性较高。Objective To explore the auxiliary effect of 3D printing technology in anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction under arthroscopy for the treatment of ACL rupture.Methods 102 patients with ACL rupture admitted to Mengjin District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Luoyang City from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into a 3D printing group(n=51)and a control group(n=51)according to random number table.The control group received routine arthroscopic ACL reconstruction treatment,while the 3D printing group received arthroscopic 3D printing technology assisted ACL reconstruction treatment.The perioperative indicators,knee joint function(international knee documentation committee[IKDC]score,Lysholm score),knee joint range of motion,and complications were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the length of the femoral tunnel and length of hospital stay between the two groups;Compared with the control group,the 3D printing group had a shorter surgical time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The postoperative Lysholm score and IKDC score in both groups were higher than before surgery,while the IKDC score and Lysholm score in the 3D printing group were(96.32±7.26)and(94.25±3.85),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(82.66±6.54)and(88.20±8.25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The postoperative knee joint range of motion in both groups was higher than before surgery,while the 3D printing group had a knee joint range of motion of(119.25±7.66)°,which was higher than the control group(98.66±8.22)°,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no postoperative complications such as graft fracture,graft impact,infection,deep vein thrombosis,etc.in both groups.Conclusion Arthroscopic 3D printing technology assisted ACL reconstruction surgery for ACL rupture can shorten surgical time,improve knee joint mobility and function,shorten hospitalization time,and have high safety
