摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定舒筋止痛水中三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re、Rb_(1)、Rd的含量。方法色谱柱采用SinoChrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速1.3 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长203nm。结果5个皂苷在考察浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),线性范围分别为24.12~482.40μg·mL^(-1)、55.56~1111.20μg·mL^(-1)、7.30~146.00μg·mL^(-1)、49.62~992.40μg·mL^(-1)、34.00~680.00μg·mL^(-1),平均加样回收率分别为98.93%、99.61%、97.87%、99.06%、98.96%,RSD分别为2.75%、2.43%、1.91%、2.57%、2.94%。结论该方法简便可行,为舒筋止痛水的质量控制提供了依据。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg_1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb_(1) and Ginsenoside Rd in ShuJin ZhiTong Liquid.METHODS SinoChrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase with gradient elution at a flow of 1.3 mL·min~(-1).The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.RESULTS Notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg_1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb_(1) and ginsenoside Rd showed good linear relationships in the concentration range examined(r≥0.9998),the linear ranges were(24.12-482.40) μg·mL~(-1)、(55.56-111.20) μg·mL~(-1)、(7.30-146.00) μg·mL~(-1)、(49.62-992.40) μg·mL~(-1)、(34.00-680.00) μg·mL~(-1),whose average recoveries were 98.93%,99.61%,97.87%,99.06%,98.96%,and RSDs were 2.75%,2.43%,1.91%,2.57%,2.94%,respectively.CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can provide the method basis for the quality control of ShuJin ZhiTong Liquid.
