摘　　要：目的 探讨临床药师在脑梗患者合并发热治疗中的作用。方法 药师参与1例脑梗患者的药学会诊,分析发热的原因,协助医师制定治疗方案。结果 医师采纳了药师的建议,患者发热得到有效控制。结论 临床药师对脑梗患者治疗过程中出现发热,仔细了解用药史,可在临床治疗中发挥积极作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of fever in patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS A pharmaceutical consultation was conducted by a pharmacist for a patient with cerebral infarction,analyzing the causes of fever and assisting physicians in developing a treatment plan.RESULTS The physician adopted the pharmacist′s suggestions,and the patient′s fever was effectively controlled.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists can play a proactive role in the treatment of fever in patients with cerebral infarction by carefully understanding the medication history.
