摘　　要：目的 对某三级甲等医院住院患者使用注射用质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)情况及合理用药进行调查,并探讨合理用药具体措施。方法 从医院信息系统中抽选2023年6月~2023年9月使用注射用PPIs的住院患者病历1076份,通过多个PPIs规范性文件制定合理性评价标准开展评价分析。结果 抽选的1076份的病历中,不合理用药病历数为124份、不合理用药率为11.52%。存在的不合理用药行为包括无指征性的治疗与预防用药、品种与溶媒选择不合适、给药途径方式不适宜、用药疗程不合理性、存在超剂量用药问题等。结论 重视注射用PPIs使用管理、加强处方评价与药物监测工作、改进不合理用药行为,才能促进患者用药疗效性和安全性目的。OBJECTIVE To investigate the use and rational use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) for injection among hospitalized patients in a tertiary hospital,and to explore specific measures for rational use of drugs.METHODS 1076 hospitalized patients who used injectable PPIs from June 2023 to September 2023 were selected from the hospital information system for evaluation and analysis.RESULTS Among the 1076 selected medical records,there were 124 cases of irrational drug use,with an irrational drug use rate of 11.52%.The existing irrational drug use behaviors include non indicative treatment and preventive medication,inappropriate selection of varieties and solvents,inappropriate administration routes,irrational drug treatment courses,and the existence of overdose problems.CONCLUSION Paying attention to the management of the use of injectable PPIs,strengthening prescription evaluation and drug monitoring,and continuously improving irrational drug use behavior can promote the efficacy and safety of patient medication.
