压力治疗联合药物治疗对脂质硬皮症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨压力治疗联合药物治疗对脂质硬皮症的疗效。方法 分析福建医科大学附属漳州市医院2022年6月至2024年6月间诊治的脂质硬皮症患者的临床资料。共35例入组,分为对照组(16例)和实验组(19例)。对照组同时予以压力治疗、小剂量激素短期治疗、静脉活性药物治疗、小剂量抗栓药物治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用药物舒洛地特治疗。对比两组治疗前临床症状和一般资料,对比两组治疗前及治疗后2周、4周、8周患者的临床症状。结果 治疗前两组临床症状评分及一般资料对比,差异无统计学意义,治疗2周、4周、8周后两组临床症状评分均改善,实验组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义。结论 压力治疗联合药物治疗能有效改善脂质硬皮症患者的临床症状,加用舒洛地特有利于更好更快的缓解症状。OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of pressure therapy combined with drug therapy for liposcleroderma.METHODS The clinical data of patients with liposcleroderma diagnosed and treated in Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2022 to June 2024 were analyzed.A total of 35 cases were enrolled and divided into a control group(16 cases) and an experimental group(19 cases).The control group was treated with compression therapy,low-dose corticosteroid short-term therapy,intravenous active drug therapy,and low-dose antithrombotic drug therapy.The experimental group was treated with the drug sulodide on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Compare the clinical symptoms and general information of the two groups before treatment,and compare the clinical symptoms of the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks after treatment.RESULTS Compared with the clinical symptom scores and general data of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant.After 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of both groups improved,and the improvement in the experimental group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION Compression therapy combined with drug therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lipid scleroderma,and the addition of suloxidide is beneficial to better and faster relief of symptoms.
