穴位透刺联合经络灸治疗急性期颈源性头痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位透刺联合经络灸治疗急性期颈源性头痛的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月常州市第四人民医院中医科收治的80例急性期颈源性头痛患者。根据乱数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予穴位透刺联合经络灸治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后头痛程度、颈部活动度及炎症因子。结果:研究组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,颈椎关节活动度(CROM)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位透刺联合经络灸对急性期颈源性头痛的疗效显著,能够有效缓解头痛,促进颈部活动度恢复,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint penetration acupuncture combined with meridian moxibustion in the treatment of acute cervical headache.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute cervical headache admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Changzhou Fourth People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received medication treatment,while the study group received acupoint penetration acupuncture combined with meridian moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,the degree of headache,neck mobility,inflammatory factors before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analog scoring method(VAS)was lower than that in the control group,cervical joint mobility(CROM)scores was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint penetration acupuncture combined with meridian moxibustion has significant therapeutic effects on acute cervical headache,effectively relieving headaches,promoting the recovery of neck mobility,reducing inflammatory reactions.
