针刺手三阳输穴联合夹脊电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析针刺手三阳输穴联合夹脊电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年12月漳州市人民医院收治的130例神经根型颈椎病患者。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组给予针刺手三阳输穴联合夹脊电针治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛程度、功能恢复、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分降低,田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分升高,观察组田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理功能、总体健康、社会功能、活力、躯体疼痛、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于神经根型颈椎病患者采用针刺手三阳输穴+夹脊电针治疗效果确切,有利于促进功能恢复,减轻疼痛感,改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture at the Hand Sanyang Shu acupoint combined with Jiaji electroacupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:A retrospective study was conducted on 130 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Zhangzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture at the Hand Sanyang Shu acupoint combined with Jiaji electroacupuncture.The clinical efficacy after treatment,pain level,functional recovery,and quality of life between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups decreased,while the Tanaka Yasuhisa cervical disease symptom scale score increased,the observation group had a higher score on the Tanaka Yasuhisa cervical disease symptom scale than the control group,and a lower VAS score than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological function,overall health,social function,vitality,physical pain,role physical,emotional function,and mental health scores of the both groups were increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,the treatment of acupuncture at the hand Sanyang Shu acupoint combined with electroacupuncture at the spine clip has a definite effect,which is beneficial for promoting functional recovery,reducing pain,and improving patients'quality of life.
