桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择2022年2月—2023年8月泉州市泉港区医院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药桂枝茯苓丸治疗。比较两组性激素水平、血液黏度、子宫肌瘤体积及不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、孕酮、全血黏度、血浆黏度较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫肌瘤体积较治疗前缩小,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤可有效改善性激素水平、血液黏度,缩小子宫肌瘤体积,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Method:A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids who admitted to Quanzhou Quangang District Hospital from February 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pills on the basis of the control group.The sex hormone levels,blood viscosity,uterine fibroids volume and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,progesterone,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the uterine fibroids volume in two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and blood viscosity,reduce the uterine fibroids volume,and has high safety.
