雌二醇屈螺酮治疗围绝经期综合征患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨雌二醇屈螺酮治疗围绝经期综合征患者的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年4月厦门市海沧医院收治的80例围绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予替勃龙片,观察组给予雌二醇屈螺酮片。比较两组症状改善时间,骨质疏松指标,性生活满意度及不良反应。结果:观察组心悸胸闷改善时间、头痛头晕改善时间、失眠改善时间、焦虑改善时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组女性性生活质量标准指标量表(FSFI)评分及性生活满意占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对围绝经期综合征妇女使用雌二醇屈螺酮片,能快速地缓解患者临床症状,改善骨质疏松,提高患者性生活质量,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Estradiol Drospirenone in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to Xiamen Haicang Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Tibolone Tablets and the observation group was given Estradiol Drospirodone Tablets.Symptom improvement time,osteoporosis index,sexual satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The improvement time of palpitations and chest tightness,headache and dizziness,insomnia,and anxiety in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of alkaline phosphatase and bone calcitonin in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The female sexual quality indicator scale(FSFI)score and the proportion of sexual satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Estradiol Drospirenone Tablets for women with perimenopausal syndrome can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms,improve osteoporosis,and enhance the quality of sexual life of patients,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
