风油精配合推拿理疗在尼日尔腰背痛患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察风油精配合推拿理疗在尼日尔腰背痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2024年1月尼日尔综合医院康复医学科门诊收治的80例尼日尔腰背痛患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为试验组与对照组,各40例。试验组给予风油精配合推拿理疗,对照组给予推拿理疗,比较两组临床疗效、腰背部疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)]及生活质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分、SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风油精配合推拿理疗在尼日尔腰背痛患者中的应用效果显著,减轻疼痛,改善腰背痛,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of Fengyoujing combined with massage physiotherapy in patients with low back pain in Niger.Method:A total of 80 patients with low back pain in Niger who admitted to the Outpatient Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the General Hospital of Niger from December 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Fengyoujing combined with massage physiotherapy,while the control group was given massage physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,the degree of low back pain[visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)]and quality of life[short form 36 health survey(SF-36)]were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the VAS score after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score and SF-36 score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Fengyoujing combined with massage physiotherapy in patients with low back pain in Niger is significant,which can relieve pain,improve low back pain and improve the quality of life.
