摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是临床多发疾病,常见于体型偏胖的中老年人,针刺治疗该病效果确切。本文基于《黄帝内经》论述膝部条文进行梳理分析,从病因病机、临证表现、针刺治疗等方面进行论述,为临床针刺治疗膝骨关节炎提供了理论依据和实践经验。Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease in clinic.It is commonly seen in the middle-aged and old people who are overweight.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture on this disease is definite.This article is based on the articles on the knee in the Huangdi Neijing,this paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and acupuncture treatment,which provides theoretical basis and practical experience for clinical acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
