摘  要:目的 探讨安徽农村老年人多重慢病与肌肉减少症的相关性,为预防或延缓肌肉减少症的发生提供参考依据。方法 采用方便抽样,在安徽省六安市和阜阳市选取652名60岁及以上的老年人,多重慢病由研究对象自我报告并经二级及以上医院确诊,肌肉减少症通过肌肉减少症5条目量表(sarcopenia-five,SARC-F)来评估。采用线性回归和logistic回归探讨多重慢病状况、数量与肌肉减少症的关系。结果 本研究共纳入616名老年人,其中有194名(31.5%)患有肌肉减少症。线性回归结果显示,相对于无慢性病的老年人,患有慢性病的老年人SARC-F得分较高(模型3:β=0.866,P<0.05),患有多重慢病的老年人SARC-F得分较高(模型3:2种慢性病:β=1.071,3种慢性病:β=1.174,4种慢性病:β=1.147,P均<0.01)。Logistic回归结果显示,相较于无慢性病的老年人,患有慢性病的老年人患肌肉减少症的风险较高(模型3:OR=2.075,P<0.05),患有2种和3种慢性病的老年人患肌肉减少症的风险较高(模型3:2种慢性病OR=1.980,3种慢性病OR=2.632,P均<0.05)。结论 在安徽农村老年人中,是否患有多重慢病、多重慢病数量与肌肉减少症的发生有一定的相关性,及时开展对多重慢病的健康管理,对预防或延缓肌肉减少症的发生具有重要意义。Objective:This article is to investigate the correlation between multiple chronic diseases and sarcopenia in rural elderly people in Anhui Province,and to provide interventions to delay or prevent the occurrence of sarcopenia.Methods:A total of 652 elderly people aged 60 years and above were selected from Lu'an and Fuyang City,Anhui Province,and the multiple chronic diseases were self-reported by the subjects who had been diagnosed by hospitals above the second level and above,and the sarcopenia-five scale(SARC-F)was used to evaluate the sarcopenia.Linear regression and logistic regression were used to explore the relationship among multiple chronic disease conditions,number and sarcopenia.Results:A total of 616 older adults were included in this study,of whom 194(31.5%)had sarcopenia.The results of linear regression showed that compared with those without chronic diseases,the older adults with chronic diseases had higher SARC-F scores(Model 3:β=0.866,P<0.05),and the older adults with multiple chronic diseases had higher SARC-F scores(Model 3:2 chronic diseases:β=1.071,P<0.01;3 chronic diseases:β=1.174,P<0.01;4 chronic diseases:β=1.147,P<0.01).The results of logistic regression showed that older adults with chronic diseases had a higher risk of sarcopenia than those without chronic diseases(Model 3:OR=2.075,P<0.05),and older adults with two and three chronic diseases had a higher risk of sarcopenia(Model 3:OR=1.980,P<0.05,for two chronic diseases;OR=2.632 for three chronic diseases,P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence and the number of multiple chronic diseases are related to the onset of sarcopenia in the elderly in rural Anhui Province,and timely treatment of multiple chronic diseases has public health significance for delaying sarcopenia.
