摘　　要：消化道恶性肿瘤是临床常见疾病,其发病率与死亡率逐年上升。“转移”作为消化道恶性肿瘤恶性行为的特征性表现,也是我们临床治疗失败重要的原因之一。从古至今,历代中医学者都从不同角度对癌症的转移途径进行过探讨。本文立足于中医“经络学说”对癌症转移进行研究、探讨,对消化道恶性肿瘤转移的发病机制及传变规律进行理论探讨,以期为中医药防治消化道恶性肿瘤提供依据和借鉴,为合理应用针药结合抗肿瘤的中医论治提供新思路、新方法。Malignant tumors of the digestive tract are common clinical diseases,and their morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year.Metastasis,as a characteristic manifestation of malignant behavior of gastrointestinal malignant tumors,is also one of the most important reasons for the failure of our clinical treatment.From ancient times to the present,generations of Chinese medicine scholars have discussed the metastasis of cancer from different perspectives.Based on the“meridian theory”of traditional Chinese medicine,this review studies and discusses the pathogenesis and transmission law of gastrointestinal malignant tumor metastasis,in order to provide a basis and reference for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal malignant tumors with traditional Chinese medicine,and provide new ideas and new methods for the rational application of acupuncture and anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
