摘  要:锡酸镉(Cd_(2)SnO_(4))是一种n型半导体金属氧化物,由于其易制备、热稳定性好、电子迁移率高的特点受到研究学者的关注;但纯Cd_(2)SnO_(4)作为气敏材料具有工作温度高、气体选择性较差的缺点,仍需进一步改善。以四水合硝酸镉(Cd(NO_(3))_(3)·4H_(2)O)和五水合四氯化锡(Sn Cl_(4)·5H_(2)O)为原料,采用水热-煅烧法合成Cd_(2)Sn O_(4)材料,随后通过超声混合法将WS_(2)与Cd_(2)Sn O_(4)复合制备出不同比例的复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对复合材料进行相组成与微结构表征,研究了WS_(2)/Cd_(2)SnO_(4)复合材料的气敏性能。结果表明,当WS_(2)加入量为2.5%时,在170℃下对100×10^(-6)三甲胺(TMA)气体的灵敏度为37.1,与纯Cd_(2)SnO_(4)材料相比提升了24.7倍;同时对三甲胺表现出良好的气体选择性(S_(100×10^(-6)三甲胺)/S_(100×10^(-6)乙醇)=5.7,S为灵敏度)和较快的响应恢复(83 s/12s),最低检测限为0.1×10^(-6)。The traditional methods of detecting volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are not able to provide real-time monitoring,and are complex to operate.Therefore,there is a need to develop a portable and cost-effective alternative to satisfy market requirements.The gas sensor technology is a potential means of dealing with this issue.Cadmium stannate(Cd_(2)SnO_(4))is a n-type semiconductor metal oxide that is simple to synthesize and exhibited good thermal stability and high electron mobility.The actual application of gas sensing materials is hampered by the limitations of single metal oxide,including high operating temperatures,low gas response values,slow response times,and so on.The gas sensors based on metal oxide semiconductor materials could enhance their gas-sensing performance through morphology control,noble metal ion modification,and construction heterostructure.Tungsten disulfide(WS_(2)),an n-type semiconductor material with high specific surface area and high electron mobility,when combined with metal oxides could be used to modify or enhance the gas sensing properties of the material.In this research,cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate(Cd(NO_(3))_(3)·4H_(2)O)and tin tetrachloride pentahydrate(Sn Cl_(4)·5H_(2)O)were utilized as raw materials.After thorough mixing and adjustment of p H to 9.5,the resulting suspension was held at 170℃for 16 h.Then,it was cooled,filtered,washed,and dried to obtain a white solid.The solid was subsequently ground and placed in a muffle furnace,heated at a rate of 5℃·min^(-1)until it reached 550℃,and held for 2 h to obtain yellow Cd_(2)SnO_(4)powder.Five different volumes of WS_(2)dispersion were taken and placed into beakers,and the same amount of Cd_(2)SnO_(4)powder was added.The combination was stirred with anhydrous ethanol for 2 h and then treated with ultrasound for 2 h.Next,the resulting solution was centrifugally washed,dried,and ground thoroughly.X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the ph
