摘  要:铜铟镓硒(Cu(In_(1-x)Gax)Se_(2),CIGS)薄膜太阳电池具有高的理论转化效率、带隙可调、可制备柔性器件、良好弱光效应、可制备叠层太阳电池等优势,在实际应用中具有独特的优势。CIGS太阳电池的实际最高转化效率已经达到23.35%,但与其理论转化效率(~30%)还有一定距离,需要进一步提高实际转化效率,推进其在叠层太阳电池和实际中的应用。CIGS太阳电池的器件结构、不同功能层制备方法、碱金属处理等都会对电池的性能产生影响,为进一步提高CIGS太阳电池的实际转化效率,在CIGS太阳电池的器件结构、不同功能层制备方法、碱金属处理、柔性器件等几个方面对其最新研究进展进行了介绍,最后预测了CIGS太阳电池的未来发展方向和发展趋势。有助于进一步提升CIGS太阳电池的实际转化效率,推动CIGS在叠层太阳电池和产业化应用,对于实验室研究和实际应用都具有重要意义。The"dual carbon"goal is a major strategic decision in China,and solar cells not only show great potential in solving the energy and environmental crisis,but also play a central role in the energy economy with limited emissions.The mainstream solar cells in the market are silicon(Si)solar cells,with a market share of more than 90%.Compared with Si solar cells,thin-film solar cells,such as copper indium gallium selenide(Cu(In,Ga)Se_(2),CIGS),have the advantages of higher theoretical conversion efficiency,adjustable band gap,flexible devices can be prepared,good weak light effect,and tandem solar cells can be prepared,and have unique advantages in practical applications.In terms of thin-film technology,CIGS solar cells have become one of the most advanced and promising commercial photovoltaic technologies in addition to crystalline Si-based cells.CIGS poly crystalline thin-film solar cells will complement other solar cells and have more advantages in specific applications,especially building integrated photovoltaic(BIPV),photovoltaic agriculture,portable equipment,space vehicles,etc.,based on their advantages in low-light effect and flexible device manufacturing,so that they have potential applications in building integrated photovoltaics,portable applications,etc.For example,flexible and lightweight CIGS solar cells can be used in automobiles,rooftops,etc.,reducing transportation and installation costs.However,elemental fabrication of CIGS is relatively scarce and expensive compared to crystalline Si.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the thickness of the CIGS absorber layer to reduce the cost and yield of solar cells.CIGS is a relatively well-established chalcopyrite-type absorber used to achieve high conversion efficiency(PCE)of thin-film solar cells.Although CIGS solar cells have the advantages of high efficiency and low cost,they also face three major problems:(1)complex production process;(2)insufficient supply of raw materials;(3)the buffer layer CdS is toxic.Therefore,the preparation of high-efficiency,larg
