数字化与农业农村现代化的耦合协调研究

摘　　要：基于2011—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证分析数字化与农业农村现代化耦合协调发展的时空特征、地区差异与动态演进趋势。结果表明:数字化与农业农村现代化的耦合协调度呈现逐步上升趋势,其中西部地区增长速度最快,数字化应用维度与农业农村现代化的耦合协调度均值较高;耦合协调度存在显著空间正相关性;耦合协调度的总体差异在缩小,总体差异主要来源于区域间差异,东部地区内部差异最大;数字化与农业农村现代化的耦合协调发展存在梯度效应特征,呈现出微弱的分化态势。据此,建议加大对乡村数字化发展的投资力度,搭建乡村数字生态体系,制定差异化发展战略,形成区域间互动机制,并建立数字化与农业农村现代化之间科学有效的互补机制。This study analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics,regional variations,and dynamic evolutionary trends of the coupling and coordinated development of digitization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021.The results reveal a steady upward trend in the degree of coupling coordination,with the western region experiencing the fastest growth.The mean coupling coordination levels between digitization application dimensions and modernization of agriculture and rural areas are notably high.A significant positive spatial correlation exists in the degree of coupling coordination.Overall differences in coupling coordination levels are narrowing,primarily due to regional disparities,with the largest internal disparities observed in the eastern region.The coupling coordinated development of digitization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas exhibits characteristics of a gradient effect,showing a hint of differentiation.Consequently,it is recommended that the government intensify investments in rural digition development,establish a rural digital ecosystem,develop differentiated development strategies,foster an inter-regional interactive mechanism,and establish a scientific and effective complementary mechanism between digitization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
