摘　　要：基于江西省寻乌县、资溪县生态产品价值实现试点案例,从生态产品价值实现的现实路径、模式出发,采用文献资料法、实地调研法和归纳演绎法分析不同案例异同点及存在问题。结果表明:市场主导、政府主导和市场-政府混合型路径是生态产品价值实现的主要路径,其中市场-政府混合型路径是未来主要的发展方向;寻乌县和资溪县案例是生态产品价值实现实践中的不同模式,本底资源禀赋差异是导致出现不同模式的主要原因;当前江西省生态产品价值实现实践进程中,存在投资时间过长、生态修复产品交易平台缺失等问题。据此,建议在生态产品价值实现工作中,建立科学的生态产品价值核算体系、推动政府间的政策联动与资源整合、鼓励多样化的市场交易模式和制定个性化的价值实现路径,进而推动江西省生态产品价值实现机制建立健全。Based on the pilot cases of ecological product value realization in Xunwu county and Zixi county,Jiangxi province,this study analyzes the similarities and differences,as well as the existing problems,of various cases from the perspective of practical paths and models for ecological product value realization.The analysis is conducted using literature review,field research,and inductive-deductive methods.The results show that the main paths for ecological product value realization are market-driven,government-driven,and mixed market-government models,with the mixed market-government model being the primary development direction in the future.The cases in Xunwu county and Zixi county represent different models in the practice of ecological product value realization,and the differences in resource endowment are the main reasons for the emergence of these different models.In the current practice of ecological product value realization in Jiangxi province,there are issues such as long investment periods and the lack of an ecological restoration product transaction platform.Based on these findings,the study suggests the establishment of a scientific ecological product value accounting system,the promotion of intergovernmental policy coordination and resource integration,the encouragement of diversified market transaction models,and the formulation of personalized value realization paths to further advance the establishment and improvement of the ecological product value realization mechanism in Jiangxi province.
