摘  要:柴油车尾气处理液中尿素水溶液含量检测有总氮法和甲醛法,国家标准中规定检测柴油车尾气处理液尿素水溶液含量采用总氮分析法,该方法准确度高,但人员技术要求高,操作较复杂,不能满足中控快速分析要求。对甲醛法浓硫酸加入量、回流装置选择、加热速度等条件进行优化研究,优化后的甲醛法精密度好、准确度高、经济实用,更适用于柴油车尾气处理液中尿素含量的中控分析。There are two methods for detecting the content of urea solution in diesel exhaust treatment fluid:total nitrogen method and formaldehyde method.The national standard stipulates that the total nitrogen analysis method is used to detect the content of urea solution in diesel exhaust treatment fluid.This method has high accuracy,but it requires high technical skills and complex operation,which cannot meet the requirements of rapid analysis in the central control.Optimization research was conducted on the addition amount of concentrated sulfuric acid in the formaldehyde method,selection of reflux device,heating speed,and other conditions.The optimized formaldehyde method has good precision,high accuracy,and economic practicality,and is more suitable for central control analysis of urea content in diesel exhaust treatment fluids.
