摘 要:从标准曲线、检出限、精密度、正确度等方面比较电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)、火焰原子吸收分光光度法(F-AAS)和紫外分光光度法(UV)测定水质总铬含量的情况。各方法标准曲线相关系数均能达到0.999,对有证标准物质的分析结果均在真值范围内;ICP-MS检出限2.7×10^(-5)mg/L,测定下限为1.08×10^(-4)mg/L,精密度1.3%~1.9%,正确度为97.9%~103.8%;F-AAS检出限0.0162 mg/L,测定下限0.0648 mg/L,精密度0.6%~4.1%,正确度为96.0%~104.0%;UV检出限0.0037 mg/L,测定下限0.0148 mg/L,精密度1.3%~6.6%,正确度为95.0%~102.0%。结果表明三个方法均能准确测定水中总铬含量,应根据实验室条件及样品含量选择合适的方法。Compare the determination of total chromium content in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and ultraviolet spectrophotometry from the aspects of standard curve,detection limit,precision,and accuracy.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves for each method can reach 0.999,and the analysis results for certified standard substances are within the true value range;The detection limit of ICP-MS is 2.7×10^(-5) mg/L,the lower limit of determination is 1.08×10^(-4) mg/L,the precision is 1.3%to 1.9%,and the accuracy is 97.9%to 103.8%;The detection limit of F-AAS is 0.0162 mg/L,the lower limit of determination is 0.0648 mg/L,the precision is 0.6%to 4.1%,and the accuracy is 96.0%to 104.0%;The UV detection limit is 0.0037 mg/L,the determination lower limit is 0.0148 mg/L,the precision is 1.3%to 6.6%,and the accuracy is 95.0%to 102.0%.The results indicate that all three methods can accurately determine the total chromium content in water,and the appropriate method should be selected based on laboratory conditions and sample content.
