摘  要:通过凝胶-溶胶法制备出超疏水水滑石(SP-LDH),采用内添加法制备了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合农膜。扫描电镜、透射电镜和FTIR等结构表征结果证明成功制备了SP-LDH。SP-LDH保留了原始LDH的结构特征,并表现出超疏水性质(水接触角为161.5°)。当SP-LDH的添加量为5%时,制备的LDPE复合薄膜具有较高的水接触角(112.6°)和较低的表面能(8.39 mN/m),表现出较好的除尘效果(82.29%)。此外,LDPE-LDH复合农膜的透光率、保温性能和热稳定性较好。结果表明,SP-LDH可以作为功能添加剂添加到LDPE薄膜中,提高薄膜的疏水、保温和防尘性能。制备的LDPE-LDH复合农膜在特色农业的应用中具有较大发展潜力。Superhydrophobic hydrotalcite(SP-LDH)was prepared by the gel-sol method,followed by the preparation of low-density polyethylene(LDPE)composite agricultural films by internal addition method.The characterization results of scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and FTIR showed the successful preparation of SP-LDH.SP-LDH retained the structural characteristics of the original LDH,and showed superhydrophobic properties(water contact angle was 161.5°).When SP-LDH was added at 5%,the prepared LDPE-LDH composite film had the highest water contact angle(112.6°)and the lowest surface energy(8.39 mN/m),exhibiting excellent dust removal(82.29%).In addition,LDPE composite films had good light transmission,thermodynamic stability and thermal insulation properties.These results suggested that SP-LDH could be added to LDPE films as a functional additive to impart additional hydrophobic,thermal and dust protection properties to the films.The prepared LDPE-LDH composite film has great potential for application in installment agriculture.
