扩链剂和抗水解剂共同作用对PBAT/PLA/PHA共混薄膜性能的影响

摘　　要：在聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯/聚乳酸/聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PBAT/PLA/PHA)三元共混体系中加入扩链剂和抗水解剂,采用挤出吹膜的方法制备了4种薄膜样品,研究了同时加入2种助剂对该三元共混体系的动态流变性能、熔体流动速率(MFR)、热力学性能和湿热老化性能的影响。结果表明,同时加入扩链剂和抗水解剂后,PBAT/PLA/PHA三元共混体系的MFR从24.5 g/10 min下降到7.0 g/10 min,有效地改善了PBAT/PLA/PHA三元共混体系的加工性能。除此以外,在湿热老化实验中,当测试时间为0~48 h时,PBAT/PLA/PHA共混薄膜的横向拉伸强度由5.70 MPa下降到2.98 MPa;当扩链剂和抗水解剂的含量分别为0.3%、0.7%时,横向拉伸强度在0 h达到11.08 MPa,48 h后为8.25 MPa,力学性能和抗水解性能均较好。Four film samples were prepared by adding a chain extender and an anti-hydrolysis agent to a ternary blended system of poly(terephthalic acid terephthalate)/poly(lactic acid)/poly(hydroxylated fatty acid)ester(PBAT/PLA/PHA)using extrusion blown film,and the effects of simultaneous addition of the two additives on the dynamic rheological properties,melt flow rate(MFR),thermal and mechanical properties of the four film samples were studied.The results showed that the MFR of the PBAT/PLA/PHA ternary blended system decreased from 24.5 g/10 min to 7.0 g/10 min after adding the chain extender and anti-hydrolysate agent simultaneously,effectively improving processing performance of PBAT/PLA/PHA ternary blend system.In addition,when the testing time was 0~48 h,the transverse tensile strength of PBAT/PLA/PHA blended film decreased from 5.70 MPa to 2.98 MPa in the humid-heat aging experiment.When the content of the chain extender and the anti-hydrolysis agent reached 0.3%and 0.7%,the transverse tensile strength reached 11.08 MPa at 0 h and 8.25 MPa at 48 h,exhibiting favorable mechanical properties and hydrolytic resistance.
