摘  要:探究聚合物的非等温结晶行为,有利于合理设置加工工艺参数。采用差示扫描量热法探究了生物基聚酰胺56(PA56)在5~60℃/min降温速率范围内的非等温结晶过程,利用Jeziorny方程和Mo方程得到了PA56的非等温结晶动力学参数,分析了PA56在降温过程中的结晶机制。研究结果表明,降温速率提高,PA56的结晶温度降低、结晶速率增大,半结晶时间缩短;Jeziorny法能较好地描述PA56的非等温结晶行为,Avrami指数n为1.95~2.17,晶体主要以二维片状模式生长;Mo法描述PA56的非等温结晶过程具有降温速率依赖性,降温速率小于30℃/min时,α值为3.15~4.52,适用性较差;降温速率高于30℃/min时,α值为0.28~0.31,适用性较好;利用Kissinger方程计算得到PA56的结晶活化能约为-119.5 kJ/mol。Exploring the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of polymers was beneficial for setting process parameters reasonably.The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PA56 within the cooling rate range of 5~60℃/min was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The non-isothermal crystallization mechanism and crystallization kinetic parameters of PA56 were analyzed by the Jeziorny and Mo equations.The results showed that increasing the cooling rate increased the crystallization rate of PA56 and shorten the half crystallization time.The Jeziorny method could successfully describe the non-isothermal crystallization process of PA56.Within the range of cooling rates studied,the Avrami index(n)was between 1.95 and 2.17,which showed the two-dimension growth of crystal.For the Mo methods,the non-isothermal crystallization process of PA56 presented cooling rates dependence.When the cooling rate was below 30℃/min,the value of Mo index(α)was within a large range of 3.15~4.52.While,when the cooling rate was above 30℃/min,theαvalue was between 0.28 and 0.31,indicating that Mo methods were more suitable at the higher cooling rate.The activation energies of PA56 obtained based Kissinger equation was about-119.5 kJ/mol.
