摘 要:针对医疗车雾化器座塑件采用增强型聚丙烯注塑成型要求,设计了一副改进型三板模具用于该塑件的注塑成型,模具模腔布局为1模1腔,采用单点点浇口实施浇注。为实现塑件的自动化生产,针对塑件的脱模设计了4种脱模机构,4种脱模机构分别为定模斜抽芯机构、哈夫滑块机构、动模上斜抽芯机构、动模下斜抽芯机构。由于定模斜抽芯机构的驱动动力需要,模具改进为四板型点浇口模具,即在定模一侧增加一块模板和一个模具开模面用于驱动定模斜抽芯机构的定模斜抽芯镶件型滑块实施抽芯。动模上、下斜抽芯机构则采用油缸单独驱动,能简化机构设计和模具结构设计,也有利于使用较小尺寸的模架,能有效降低模具制造成本。结果表明,模具能实现塑件、流道废料的自动脱模,较好地解决了塑件的自动化生产难题。A modified three-plate mould was designed for the injection moulding of the medical vehicle atomizer seat plastic parts using reinforced polypropylene injection moulding requirements.The layout of the mould cavity in the mould was 1 mould with 1 cavity,and mould cavity gating with a single point gate.To meet the requirements of automated production of plastic parts,four types of demoulding mechanisms had been designed for demoulding of plastic parts.The four kinds of demoulding mechanisms were:fixed mould angle core pulling mechanism,half-slider mechanisms,moving mould upper angle core pulling mechanism and moving mould lower angle core pulling mechanism.Due to the driving power requirements of the fixed mould angle core pulling mechanism,the mould had been improved to a four-plate type point gate mould,which added a plate and a mould opening surface on one side of the fixed mould to drive the core pulling of the fixed mould angle core pulling mechanism's fixed mould angle core pulling insert type slider to extracting.The upper and lower angle core pulling mechanisms of the moving mould were driven by oil-cylinders separately,which could simplify the design of the mechanism and mould structure,and also facilitate the use of smaller mould base,effectively reducing mould manufacturing costs.The result showed that the mould could achieve automatic demoulding of plastic parts and runner waste,effectively solving the problem of demoulding in automated production of plastic parts.
