摘 要:以某聚碳酸酯材料的车灯装饰件为研究对象,基于CAE仿真分析及正交试验研究其卡扣卡合面变形量的优化方法,解决注塑成型过程中的翘曲变形问题。以熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、注射时间4个工艺参数为实验因素,以卡扣卡合面的变形量为试验指标,选择5因素4水平标准正交试验表,留出空列用于分析试验的误差。利用Moldflow软件的仿真分析功能进行正交试验,并对试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析。结果表明,保压压力和熔体温度的影响较显著,注射时间的影响较大,模具温度的影响较小。试验范围内的优组合为熔体温度为310℃、模具温度为80℃、保压压力为90 MPa及注射时间为1.8 s。通过CAE仿真分析验证,优化后卡扣卡合面的变形降低了39.61%,满足设计指标要求。试验样品外观较好,实际变形量较小,满足安装精度要求。In order to solve the warping deformation problem in the injection molding process,the optimization method of the deformation of the buckle joint surface of an automotive lamp decorating part was studied based on CAE simulation analysis and orthogonal test.Melt temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure and injection time were used as test factors,and the four factors and four levels orthogonal tests were designed and simulated by using Moldflow software.The results of range analysis and variance analysis showed that the influence of holding pressure and melt temperature was very significant,the influence of injection time was significant,and the influence of mold temperature was not significant.The optimized process parameters were obtained as follows:melt temperature of 310℃,mold temperature of 80℃,holding pressure of 90 MPa and injection time of 1.8 s.Through CAE simulation analysis,the deformation of the clamping surface of the buckle was reduced by 39.61%after optimization,which met the design requirements.The test sample had good appearance,small actual deformation,and satisfied the requirements of installation accuracy.
