触媒视角下的福州会展西综合体公共空间营造策略研究

摘　　要：当下,福州会展岛面临着人流的暂时性以及区域功能单一、空间缺乏共享性与体验感等问题,难以为片区提供持续性的活力。通过引入城市触媒的理论,分析了会展岛引入触媒的必要性和城市综合体作为触媒的可行性,同时探讨城市综合体公共空间作为触媒点的特性以及如何形成触媒的路径,将设计策略聚焦于复合功能的串接、建筑边界的开放、共享空间的聚合以及活力场景的营造四个方面,以期通过公共空间的营造,促进城市综合体发挥触媒效应。At present,Fuzhou Convention and Exhibition Island is faced with the problems of temporary flow of people,single regional function,lack of sharing and experience of space,etc.,which is difficult to provide sustainable vitality for the area.By introducing the theory of urban catalyst,this paper analyzes the necessity of introducing catalyst in convention and Exhibition Island and the feasibility of urban complex as catalyst,At the same time,discusses the characteristics and path of public space of urban complex as catalyst point,and focuses the design strategy on four aspects:the series connection of composite functions,the opening of architectural boundaries,the aggregation of shared space and the construction of dynamic scenes.In the hope of triggering catalyst effect through the construction of public space.
