摘  要:以福州某租赁住房工程为例,深入探讨淤泥质土层在基坑开挖过程中对桩基的影响。通过现场试验与有限元分析,研究导致桩基缺陷的关键因素——基坑边堆载。因此提出优化土方开挖技术和软基固化处理方法,以有效应对桩基缺陷。通过实施这些改进措施,并对缺陷桩进行针对性处理,检测结果表明,桩基质量满足了设计和规范要求,验证了所提出方法的有效性。Taking a rental housing project in Fuzhou as an example,this article deeply discusses the influence of the silty soil layer on the pile foundation during the foundation pit excavation process.Through field tests and finite element analysis,it is studied that the key factor causing pile foundation defects is the surcharge load at the edge of the foundation pit.This article proposes to optimize the earthwork excavation technology and soft foundation solidification treatment methods to effectively deal with pile foundation defects.By implementing these improvement measures and carrying out targeted treatment on defective piles,the test results show that the quality of the pile foundation meets the design and specification requirements,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
