摘　　要：软土地基施工是市政道路建设中的重点和难点,为探讨水泥搅拌桩现场施工建设管理,以湖滨南路(城港大道~天妃路)道路建设工程为例,在综合考虑地质条件、工程要求及项目时间节点要求等因素下,探讨水泥搅拌桩现场施工建设管理。通过严格制定并执行建设管理制度,严格管控水泥搅拌桩进场材料、水泥配合比,重视水泥搅拌桩的施工工艺和现场监测,后期严格执行水泥搅拌桩质量检测,同时对水泥搅拌桩各项指标进行严格管控,确保水泥搅拌桩的成桩质量。为类似工程管理提供借鉴。Soft soil foundation construction is the key and difficult point in municipal road construction.In order to discuss the on-site construction management of cement mixing piles,taking the road construction project of Hubin South Road(Chenggang Avenue~Tianfei Road)as an example,the on-site construction management of cement mixing piles is discussed under the comprehensive consideration of geological conditions,engineering requirements and project time node requirements.By strictly formulating and implementing the construction management system,we strictly control the materials and cement mix ratio of cement mixing piles entering the site,pay attention to the construction technology and on-site monitoring of cement mixing piles,strictly implement the quality inspection of cement mixing piles in the later stage,and strictly control various indicators of cement mixing piles to ensure the quality of cement mixing piles.Provide reference for similar project management.
