摘 要:在建筑工程中,部分山地项目面临场地高差大、地下室底板标高层级多的复杂条件,部分桩基承台在地震作用下承受较大的水平荷载。在承台中设置预应力锚索,可提升承台的水平约束性能。预应力锚索承台技术新颖、施工工序繁琐、操作空间受限、施工精度要求严苛,导致该项施工工艺极具挑战性。为此,深入分析预应力锚索承台施工难点,系统探讨了该工艺的设计要点、施工工艺流程、施工技术要点及质量控制策略,为类似工程提供有效的设计施工参考与借鉴,确保预应力锚索承台的施工质量与安全。In architectural engineering,Some projects are in the mountain area,which are faced with complex conditions such as large site height difference and multiple basement floor elevations.In this project,the platform foundations are subjected to significant horizontal loads under seismic.Setting prestressed cable anchored in the platform of foundation can enhance the horizontal restraint performance of the structure.However,the prestressed cable anchored platform foundation technology is novel,with complicated construction procedures,limited operation space,and strict requirements for precision.This paper deeply analyzes the construction difficulties of platform foundation with prestressed cable anchored,systematically expounds the design key points,construction process and quality control strategy of the process.This paper aiming at providing effective design and construction reference for similar projects and ensuring construction quality and safety.
