摘  要:结合厦门市某商业综合体的工程设计实例,深入研究空调系统节能技术在商业综合体项目中的应用可行性及其带来的节能效果。首先,通过合理配置高效冷水机组并研究其运行策略,可以显著提升系统的能效比,从而降低能耗。其次,针对夏热冬暖地区的气候特点,研究冷却塔免费供冷技术的应用,减少冷水机组的运行时间,进一步节约能源。最后,新风热回收技术的合理应用研究,可以有效回收排风中的热量或冷量,减少新风处理过程中的能量损失,提高整体系统的能效。通过对这三个方面的深入分析,全面评估空调系统节能技术在商业综合体项目中的实际应用效果,从而为商业综合体的节能设计提供科学依据和技术支持。Combining the engineering design example of a commercial complex in Xiamen,this paper delves into the feasibility of applying air conditioning system energy-saving technologies in commercial complex projects and the resulting energy-saving effects.Firstly,by reasonably configuring high-efficiency chiller units and researching their operation strategies,the energy efficiency ratio of the system can be significantly improved,thereby reducing energy consumption.Secondly,considering the climate characteristics of hot summers and warm winters in the region,the application of cooling tower free cooling technology is explored to reduce the operating time of chiller units,further saving energy.Finally,the reasonable application of fresh air heat recovery technology can effectively recover heat or cold from exhaust air,reducing energy loss during fresh air processing and enhancing the overall system's energy efficiency.Through in-depth analysis of these three aspects,the actual application effects of air conditioning system energy-saving technologies in commercial complex projects are comprehensively evaluated,thereby providing scientific basis and technical support for the energy-efficient design of commercial complexes.
