摘  要:以福州市某综合医院传染病楼为例,介绍后疫情时代传染病楼空调通风系统形式、压差控制及平疫结合等设计要点。基于空气平衡原理,得出典型负压病区疫时通风量计算方法,并对负压病房及卫生通过区等典型区域的空调通风设计进行了详细介绍,提出普通病房平时节能运行、疫情时期快速转换为呼吸道负压病房的运行策略。Based on the infectious diseases building of a general hospital in Fuzhou,we illustrate the system design,pressure differential control,and"combination of peace and epidemic war"for the air conditioning and ventilation systems in such buildings in the post-pandemic era.Based on the principle of air balance,deriving the calculation method of epidemic-time ventilation in typical negative-pressure wards,and giving a detailed introduction to the design of air-conditioning ventilation in typical areas such as negative-pressure wards and sanitary pass-through areas.It proposes operational strategies for energy-efficient running of general wards in the normal time and quickly switch to conversion to respiratory negative pressure wards during the outbreaks.
