摘 要:装配式建筑因其工艺复杂、工序繁多、交叉作业等特点,施工进度管理控制难度大。为了实现装配式建筑的预期效益,需要对施工生产中的各种进度影响因素进行综合管理。为此,运用物元可拓识别方法,识别分析建筑设计、预制构件生产运输、施工安装等环节中影响装配式进度的各影响因素,并构建装配式建筑进度影响评价指标体系。将此评价体系应用于福州市某装配式建筑项目。根据可拓综合评判结果,对各环节提出相应的进度管理措施与建议,以实现装配式建筑的工期效益。Due to the complexity of construction technology,the multiplicity of working procedures and cross-work between kinds of jobs,it is difficult to manage and control the construction schedule of prefabricated buildings.In order to realize the expected benefits of the prefabricated building,a comprehensive management of various factors affecting the schedule in construction production is required.In this paper,Extension identification method is used to systematically identify and analyze the factors affecting the schedule in the process of architectural design,production and transportation of prefabricated components,construction and installation of the project,etc.,and an evaluation index system for the factros affecting the construction schedule of prefabricated buildings is built.The evaluation system is applied to a certain prefabricated building project in Fuzhou,Fujian Province,China.According to the results of extension comprehensive evaluation,the corresponding progress management measures and suggestions for each link are put forward to realize the prefabricated building benefits.
