摘　　要：酒钢对炼铁喷煤系统实施三化改造,新建喷煤控制系统采用施耐德MODICON ePAC控制器M580系列PLC。本文阐述了基于施耐德M580系列P584040型PLC在酒钢新喷煤的应用实践,详细说明了喷煤控制系统用此套上、下位软件设计的原理及主要设备控制工艺,对喷煤生产操作、设备维护技术人员掌握新喷煤的控制与操作要点有一定的指导借鉴意义。JISCO has implemented a three-transformation of the ironmaking coal injection system,and the newly built coal injection control system adopts Schneider MODICON ePAC controller M580 series PLC.The paper elaborates the application practice of Schneider M580 series P584040 PLC in the new coal injection system of JISCO,and details the principles and main equipment control processes of the coal injection control system designed with the set of upper and lower software.It has certain guidance and reference significance for coal injection production operation and equipment maintenance technicians to master the control and operation points of new coal injection system.
