摘  要:基于科技现象学的理论视角,对算法技术的本质、意向与人机物交互进行系统剖析。从技术特征、科技结构、本质直观等维度揭示算法作为一种智能自动化机器的内在逻辑,进而彰显其作为数字时代核心生产力的突出地位。聚焦算法技术的意向指向,透过对其意向对象、意向主体以及意向关系的考察,探明算法如何重塑人与世界互动的方式。立足人机、人人、机机等不同交互场景,分析算法技术嵌入社会运行的影响及其伦理、认知、治理等方面的风险挑战。提炼算法技术的理论启示,为实现人机共生、开创数字治理新范式提供应然路径,为算法技术的理性发展提供理论支持。Based on the theoretical perspective of science and technology phenomenology,the essence,intention and hu⁃man-machine interaction of algorithm technology are systematically analyzedThe internal logic of algorithm as an intelligent automation machine is revealed from the dimensions of technical characteristics,scientific and technological structure,and essential intuition,and then its prominent position as the core productivity in the digital age is demonstratedFocus on the intention direction of algorithm technology,through the investigation of its intention object,intention subject and intention re⁃lationship,find out how the algorithm reshapes the way people interact with the worldBased on different interaction scenari⁃os such as human-machine,human-human and machine-machine,the paper analyzes the impact of algorithm technology embedded in social operation and the risks and challenges in ethics,cognition and governanceAbstract the theoretical en⁃lightenment of algorithm technology,provide the appropriate path for the realization of human-machine symbiosis,create a new paradigm of digital governance,and provide theoretical support for the rational development of algorithm technology.
