摘 要:本文以九水硝酸铁为铁源,六水硝酸钴为钴源,氟化铵和尿素为原料制备了Fe-Co前驱体,之后分别以硫脲和硫化钠为硫源对Fe-Co前驱体进行硫化,经过2次水热反应,在泡沫镍上成功制备了FeCo_(2)S_(4)电极材料。对不同硫源制备的FeCo_(2)S_(4)电极材料进行了物相表征和电化学性能测试,结果表明,以硫化钠为硫源制备的FeCo_(2)S_(4)-S电极材料,电流密度为1A·g^(-1)时的比电容为555F·g^(-1),经5000次循环后电容保持率为66.51%;以硫脲为硫源制备的FeCo_(2)S_(4)-T电极材料,电流密度为1A·g^(-1)时的比电容为416F·g^(-1),经5000次循环后电容保持率为69.05%。Fe-Co precursor was prepared with ferric nitrate nonahydrate as iron source,cobalt nitrate hexahydrate as cobalt source,ammonium fluoride and urea as raw materials,respectively.Subsequently,the Fe-Co precursor was sulfurized with thiourea and sodium sulfide,resulting in the successful preparation of FeCo_(2)S_(4) electrode material on nickel foam by twice hydrothermal treatment.The characterization,morphology and electrochemical performance of FeCo_(2)S_(4)-S electrode materials with different sulfur sources were tested.The results showed that when the sulfur source was sodium sulfide,the specific capacitance was 555F/g at 1A/g current density with 66.51%capacitance retention rate after 5000 cycles.When the sulfur source was thiourea,the specific capacitance of FeCo_(2)S_(4)-T electrode material was 416F/g at 1A/g current density,and the capacitance retention rate was 69.05%after 5000 cycles.
