摘 要:气井腐蚀和积液是影响气田生产的2个关键因素,特别是在高温、高矿化度的地层条件下,开发一种兼具缓蚀和耐温耐盐效果的泡排剂显得尤为必要。本文以DHPB、OA-12和2号曼尼希碱作为主剂,与三乙醇胺、EDTA等助剂复配,获得了一种耐高温、耐高盐、耐高钙镁离子、具有缓蚀功能的新型耐温耐盐缓蚀泡排剂。对缓蚀泡排剂的配方进行了研究,确定最佳配方为:15.5%DHPB+58%OA-12+15.5%2号曼尼希碱+5%EDTA+4%三乙醇胺+2%十六烷基三甲基氯化铵。性能测试结果表明,该泡排剂的起泡高度达190mm,携液量为135mL,缓蚀率超过90%。从泡排剂的耐温耐盐机理来看,DHPB与OA-12的复配优化了泡排剂的亲水-疏水平衡,提高了其在高温和高盐环境下的稳定性。钙镁离子掩蔽剂EDTA有效减少了钙镁离子对泡排剂的影响,提升了耐盐性能。泡排剂的起泡机理表明,其临界胶束浓度为0.5%,最低表面张力为28.5mN·m^(-1),有助于泡沫的形成。吸附热力学研究显示,泡排剂在金属表面的吸附符合Langmuir物理吸附机理。Gas well corrosion and fluid accumulation were two key factors affected the production of gas fields,especially under the condition of high temperature and high mineralization formation.It was especially necessary to develop a bubbling agent with both corrosion inhibition effect and temperature and salt resistance.In this paper,DHPB,OA-12 and No.2 Mannich base were used as the main agents,and triethanolamine,EDTA and other additives were compounded to obtain a new type of temperature-and salt-resistant corrosion inhibitor with the functions of high-temperature resistance,high-salt resistance,high-calcium-magnesium ion resistance and corrosion inhibition.Through the research on the formulation of the corrosion inhibitor,the best formulation was determined as 15.5%DHPB+58%OA-12+15.5%No.2 Mannich base+5%EDTA+4%triethanolamine+2%cetyltrimethylammonium chloride.The performance test results showed that the bubbling height of the bubbling agent reached 190mm,the liquid carrying capacity was 135mL,and the corrosion inhibition rate was more than 90%.From the point of view of the temperature and salt resistance mechanism of the bubbling agent,the compounding of DHPB and OA-12 optimized the hydrophilic-hydrophobic equilibrium of the bubbling agent and improved its stability in high temperature and high salt environments.The calcium and magnesium ion masking agent EDTA effectively reduced the influence of calcium and magnesium ions on the blistering agent and improved the salt resistance performance.The foaming mechanism of the blister release agent showed that its critical micelle concentration was 0.5%and the lowest surface tension was 28.5 mN/m,which helped the formation of foam.Adsorption thermodynamic studies showed that the adsorption of the foaming agent on the metal surface was consistent with the Langmuir physisorption mechanism.
