摘 要:苯并环丁烯是一种新型的、具有优异性能的活性树脂单体,在诸多高科技领域有着广泛的应用。本文以邻甲基苄氯为原料,采用快速高真空裂解法制备了高纯度、高品质的苯并环丁烯单体,对反应条件进行考察,确定了裂解法(FVP)制备苯并环丁烯的最佳反应条件:当反应温度在740℃左右,原料的预处理温度为80℃,真空度为3.0kPa,设备的长径比为8∶1时,苯并环丁烯的单程收率为30%~40%。采用GC-MS对杂质的衍生机理进行了探究,并优化了制备工艺流程,得到了纯度为97%的苯并环丁烯。本合成路线具有一定的工业化应用前景。Benzocyclobutene was a new type of active resin monomer with excellent properties,which had a wide range of applications in many high-tech fields.In this article,applied ortho methylbenzyl chloride as raw material,the high-purity and highquality benzocyclobutene monomers was prepared by rapid high vacuum cracking method.Through the investigation of reaction conditions,the optimal reaction conditions for the preparation of benzocyclobutene by cracking method(FVP)were obtained:reaction temperature was about 740℃,the raw material pretreatment temperature was 80℃,vacuum degree was 3.0kPa,aspect ratio of equipment was 8:1,the one-way yield of benzocyclobutene was 30%~40%.In addition,in-depth exploration of the impurity derivation mechanism was conducted through GC-MS,and the preparation process was explored and optimized,resulting in benzocyclobutene with purity of 97%.This synthetic route had certain industrial application prospects.
